2. Check the provider identity

Before paying, confirm which organisation is the seller and which organisation will provide fulfilment and customer support.

3. Review the final booking details

Check the date, entry time, ticket category, quantity, final price, fees, inclusions, delivery method and cancellation terms on the provider's checkout page.

4. Pay the provider

Visit-Museum.com does not receive ticket payments or payment-card details. Complete payment only on the selected provider's website.

5. Contact the provider after purchase

For ticket delivery, changes, cancellations, refunds or access problems, use the support details in the provider's confirmation. Visit-Museum.com cannot access or modify a booking.
